Weddings can be booked Friday – Sunday. Friday and Saturday events may start at or after 5pm. Events must end by midnight on all days. Sunday – Thursday event availability is limited and events these days require additional approval.

  • Weddings include 4 additional hours for setup; all other events include 3 hours for setup; 1.5 additional hours for breakdown for all events

General Information

  • To extend an event, the fee is $1,000 per hour. All events must end at or before midnight.
  • A specific date may be held without a deposit or contract for up to seven (7) calendar days with no obligation.
  • To secure a date, we require a signed agreement and 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to the event.
  • If you are a Johns Hopkins full time employee/student, alumni or active military please contact the Private Events Office for a special Friday-Sunday rate.
